Pre and post work
Prior to the workshop, participants are asked to:

Review the Prioritising Quadrants to think about where you do much of your work (revisited in-depth on course)

Read “Who’s got the monkey” by Oncken and Waas

Structure

The course is highly interactive – using discussion, group exercises, Miro boards and Mentimeter to capture participants’ prioritising and time management challenges

Participants come away with specific tools for:

Planning the months, weeks and day ahead

Using the Daily Agenda for better task control

Prioritising – using Miro – how to identify what is Urgent and Important, and what actually can and should be planned in

Adhering to our plan and managing other’s expectations (and saying no!)

The One Day face to face is a tailored one team day in which we explore how the team needs to work together to maximise time and resources.
